Cardiac shock wave therapy (CSWT) is an outpatient, non-invasive procedure that uses targeted shock wave pulses on the heart. The focus is on undersupplied myocardial areas, the mechanism of action known as mechanotransduction, and the support of the body's own regeneration processes.
